Booked from USA after watching their YouTube. Surgery went fine and the team was professional, but the post-op follow-up after returning to USA was patchy — WhatsApp replies took days, time zones not handled well. Result at 10 months is good but the international support could be better.

Sold on the "99–100% graft survival" claim during consultation. At 1 year my actual density looks closer to 80–85% of what was promised. Result is still acceptable but the marketed numbers feel exaggerated. Be skeptical of any clinic claiming 100% — biology doesn't work that way.

The procedure itself was good but the final cost was 25% more than the initial quote. PRP top-ups, medication kit, and "premium NeoDHT upgrade" were added at the time of surgery. Get every single charge in writing BEFORE the day of surgery, not at the billing counter.
